Refund Policy – Kaffeepflückerin Coffee

At Kaffeepflückerin, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our specialty coffee. If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Coffee Products

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened packages.

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We reserve the right to evaluate all claims and may decline refunds or replacements if tampering or misuse is suspected. Abuse of the refund policy may result in refusal of future service.

Non-Coffee Items (e.g. accessories, merchandise)

Returns for unused and unopened non-coffee items are accepted within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
