OVERVIEW
Welcome to KAFFEEPFLÜCKERIN Specialty Coffee. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to KAFFEEPFLÜCKERIN Specialty Coffee, which operates this website and online shop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all users of our site, including visitors and customers in the European Union. Our shop is powered by Shopify.
By accessing or using any part of our site, placing an order, or interacting with our content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy [LINK].
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering or making a purchase and to maintain the security of your account.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS
Product images and descriptions are for reference only. Variations in color or texture may occur. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Orders placed on this site constitute a legally binding offer. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Payment must be made in full before dispatch. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship within the EU and selected international countries. Estimated delivery times are non-binding. Once dispatched, responsibility for the goods passes to the carrier. Customs fees (where applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of non-perishable goods within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. However, coffee and other perishable goods are exempt from this right once the seal is broken.
To exercise your right of withdrawal for non-perishable items, contact us at info@kaffeepflueckerin.com. Return shipping is at your cost.
SECTION 7 – REFUNDS
Please refer to our Refund Policy [LINK]. Refunds on coffee are only issued in case of damage or delivery error, reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Refunds for non-coffee products are possible within 24 hours of receipt, if returned unopened.
SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site is owned by KAFFEEPFLÜCKERIN Specialty Coffee or our partners and is protected under EU and international copyright laws. Use of our trademarks, photos, texts, or packaging design without permission is strictly prohibited.
SECTION 9 – DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability for direct damages related to your order is limited to the total value of your purchase.

These Terms are governed by German law. Disputes may be submitted to the EU’s online dispute resolution platform (ODR) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
