Shipping Policy – Kaffeepflückerin Specialty Coffee

 

1. Shipping Regions

We currently ship within:

 

  • Germany (domestic)
  • European Union countries
  • international countries ,(please contact us if your location is not listed at checkout)
    Our shipping costs international

    The DHL International rates are calculated depending on the address of the recipient and the package weight in the checkout. Free shipping depending on the shipping service provider - please look at the checkout or use the shipping cost generator. Please note that duties and fees may apply depending on the amount of the purchase value. We do not take over these.

    Express shipping international

    We offer DHL Express in our checkout. The DHL Express rates are calculated depending on your address.
     These countries are outside the EU, for example: USA, Canada and others.

    FedEx Shipping International

    We offer international shipping with FedEx. Prices are calculated at checkout depending on the destination address (please contact us).

    Please note that it is possible that customs duties may apply to your shipment. We do not cover these: When importing goods from abroad, additional duties such as customs duties, taxes or import turnover tax may be incurred, which are to be paid separately from the shipping costs.

 

2. Processing Times

All coffee orders are freshly packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.


3. Shipping Times (Estimated)

 

  • Germany: 2–4 business days
  • EU countries: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (may vary due to customs

 


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on destination and package weight. Free shipping offers (if applicable) will be clearly stated on our website.


5. Carriers Used

We partner with reliable shipping providers such as DHL, Deutsche Post, and UPS, depending on your location and package size.


6. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.


7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.


8. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal to pay customs, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.


9. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) at info@kaffeepflueckerin.com with your order number and supporting photos.
